Stocks are the product that is most in demand by investors in the capital market, not without reason, some investors think that stocks provide attractive benefits. One of the factors that investors look at to determine stock investment is its financial performance. Financial performance reflects the company's ability to manage its resources. According to Sugiyanto (2019) good corporate governance has an effect on making decisions taken by a manager in determining the cost of equity and cost of debt so that the company's performance is getting better. The better the performance of the company, the views of the public and investors will also be good, of course this will also affect the stock price of the company. Therefore, companies must be able to implement GCG within the company because it affects the company itself.
