Global economic conditions which continue to progress rapidly at this time, will be able to cause very tight business competition. This will encourage company managers to improve corporate strategy. These activities relate to the company's efforts to maximize profits in the midst of very tight global economic competition. The company is the place where a production activity takes place, both goods and services, and a gathering place for all factors of production. Company management needs to maximize the welfare of shareholders (shareholders). In the process of fulfilling these objectives, it is necessary to make funding decisions and dividend decisions. Companies can also be interpreted as institutions in the form of organizations that operate to provide goods and services to the public with profit motives or incentives. The industrial revolution era 4.0 to 5.0 and digitalization have now made the mining industry in the capital market. is an important factor that supports the economy in the country.
