The widespread adoption of Work From Home (WFH) and hybrid work models has significantly transformed organizational communication practices, creating new opportunities and challenges for organizations. The shift from conventional face-to-face interactions to technology-mediated communication has altered communication patterns, influenced organizational culture, and affected the dynamics of workplace conflicts. This study aims to analyze the transformation of organizational communication in the era of WFH and hybrid work and to examine its implications for organizational culture and conflict management. The research employs a qualitative approach using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. Relevant scholarly articles, books, and conference proceedings published in recent years were systematically identified, screened, and analyzed to synthesize current knowledge on the topic. The findings indicate that digital communication technologies have enhanced organizational flexibility, collaboration across geographical boundaries, and information accessibility. However, the reduced frequency of direct interpersonal interactions has also created challenges related to employee engagement, trust-building, organizational identity, and communication clarity. Furthermore, the transition to remote and hybrid work environments has generated new forms of organizational conflict, including misunderstandings, coordination issues, and disparities in communication access. The study concludes that organizations need adaptive communication strategies, inclusive digital cultures, and effective conflict management mechanisms to sustain organizational performance and cohesion in increasingly flexible work environments.
