About the Journal

KINERJA: Jurnal Manajemen Organisasi dan Industri (JMOI) is a scientific journal managed by Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Pustek with a scope of study in management and business sciences. The first edition was published in June 2022 (Volume 1, Number 1) with ISSN number 2964-4372. Every year, the JMOI journal publishes 2 issues (June and December) through editing and review processes. The JMOI journal accepts all forms of scientific articles that are the results of research/scientific studies from various elements of society (National, International) with study specifications including Industrial Management, Organizational Management, Business Management, SME Entrepreneurship, and Digital Entrepreneurship.
