Authorship Criteria

KINERJA: Jurnal Manajemen Organisasi dan Industri (JMOI) requires authorship to reflect substantial intellectual contributions to the research. Authors must contribute to the conception or design, data collection, analysis, or interpretation; participate in drafting or critically revising the manuscript; approve the final version; and accept accountability for the integrity of the work. All listed authors must meet these criteria, and all eligible contributors must be appropriately acknowledged. Gift, guest, and ghost authorship are unacceptable. The corresponding author must ensure that all authors agree to the submission and author order. Any authorship changes or disputes must be transparently addressed in accordance with publication ethics standards.
