Artificial Intelligence (AI) Policy

KINERJA: Jurnal Manajemen Organisasi dan Industri (JMOI) supports the responsible and ethical use of artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance scholarly communication. Authors may use AI tools for language editing, formatting, and research assistance, provided that such use is transparently disclosed when it materially contributes to the manuscript. AI tools must not be listed as authors. Authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, integrity, and validity of their work, including verification of AI-generated content and references. AI must not be used to fabricate data, manipulate results, or misrepresent sources. Editors and reviewers must protect manuscript confidentiality and must not delegate scholarly evaluation or editorial decisions to AI systems.
