This study was conducted in response to the growing need for organizations, particularly in the service and hospitality sectors, to understand how compensation and work motivation influence employee performance at PT. Hype Gastro Indonesia BSD, South Tangerang, enhancing employee output is critical to maintaining competitive advantage and service quality. The research aimed to examine the individual and combined effects of compensation and motivation on employee performance using a quantitative associative approach. A saturated sampling technique was employed, involving all employees as respondents. Data were analyzed through various statistical methods including regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The findings revealed that both compensation and work motivation significantly affect employee performance. Compensation was found to contribute positively to performance, suggesting that fair and adequate remuneration enhances employees’ willingness to perform better. Similarly, high work motivation was associated with increased productivity, indicating that motivated employees are more committed and efficient. When analyzed together, both factors demonstrated a strong combined influence on performance. These results imply that management should prioritize not only financial rewards but also motivational strategies to optimize workforce potential. Companies that invest in both aspects are likely to see sustained improvements in employee performance, ultimately supporting long-term organizational success.
