Improving employee performance remains a crucial objective for companies seeking to maintain competitiveness and achieve organizational goals. This research was conducted to investigate how work discipline and job satisfaction influence employee performance at PT MEGA CITRA PUTERA PERKASA in Tangerang City. As performance is often shaped by internal workplace factors, understanding the specific roles of discipline and satisfaction is vital for effective human resource management. Utilizing a quantitative research approach, data were collected from a saturated sample of 52 respondents, and various statistical methods were applied to analyze the relationships among variables. The findings suggest that both work discipline and job satisfaction have a significant impact on employee performance, with work discipline showing a particularly dominant influence. Employees who adhere to consistent standards of discipline and experience fulfillment in their roles tend to contribute more effectively to organizational productivity. These results imply that fostering a work culture that promotes accountability and ensures employee satisfaction can lead to substantial improvements in performance. For business leaders, this study underscores the importance of strategic human resource policies that not only enforce discipline but also create a positive, motivating work environment. Such efforts are essential to enhance overall organizational effectiveness.
