Abstract

Creativity is very important, especially in small and medium enterprises (SMEs) which must survive, work effectively and maintain a competitive advantage. The aim of this research is to test a model of determinants of organizational creativity in the creative industries within the X province. This research is quantitative research, with an explanatory type. The population of this research is all small and medium enterprises registered with one of the associations supported by the Department of Tourism and Creative Economy of Province The research results provide empirical evidence that the determinants of organizational creativity can be seen from the direct influence of training and knowledge sharing. The indirect determining factor for organizational creativity, namely training, is mediated by knowledge sharing. This research presents various scientific and practical recommendations.
